Article 3: PRICES
All prices on the website www.ellie-bijouterie.com are fixed! Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the price! As a small-scale business, the workshop does not have the right to sell products or services with VAT included, which means that all prices for products and services are H.T. (excluding taxes).
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, provided however that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only applicable to the buyer.
Prices shown do not include shipping and delivery charges.
These fees are calculated according to the weight and the destination of shipping, during the order process.
L`Atelier De Ellie can not be bound by the display of an erroneous and obviously derisory price, whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error). In this case, Atelier De Ellie will inform the Customer as soon as possible and the order will be canceled.
Article 4: DURATION
These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the Customer at the time of validation by double click of the order and apply for the duration necessary for the supply of the Products and until extinguishment of the guarantees provided herein.
Article 5: GEOGRAPHIC AREA
The online sale of finished products on the site is also open to international buyers.
Article 6: ORDERING

Article 7: ENGRAVINGS AND SPECIAL CREATIONS
For any order of a special creation, a deposit of 20% is required. In case of cancellation of your order, this deposit is not refundable.
The weight indicated in the quote is an estimate. It may vary depending on the manufacturing processes. L'Atelier De Ellie reserves a 5% tolerance, beyond which the price will be revised downward if the final actual weight of the jewelery is less than the weight indicated in the quote.
SPECIFICITIES OF SPECIAL CREATIONS:
Special creations are not refundable.
Unless we make a mistake, we will not be able to pick up engraved or personalized items at your request, such as special creations. The right of withdrawal does not apply to engraved or personalized items at your request. As a result, these products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Article 8: DELIVERY
Once the order is placed, you will need 1 to 3 working days to prepare it and send it to you! The preparation period may vary depending on the order. If the item is personalized or engraved, it will take 2 extra days. If the item is not available or if you ordered a specific item, it can take between 2 and 12 weeks, depending on the number of orders received by the shop. You will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible of the time required to manufacture the article. The maximum waiting time is 3 months. Each order can be shipped with different couriers according to the needs of our customers. Once the order is placed, you can choose between Collisimo, Chronopost International, DHL Worldwide, Mondial Relay and FedEx International Priority. Shipping prices will vary depending on the size of the product (wedding bouquets, wedding accessories, etc.) and the country for which the product will be shipped. If there is a change in shipping charges after the payment has been made, the difference will be paid by the shop!
The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. You will receive your item in a gift bag or box. If you want a more luxurious package, you can choose gift boxes in the category "Boxes" The preparation costs are fixed while the shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. If the package is undelivered on the expected delivery date, please inform us as soon as possible. . Article 9: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT

The delivery cost of the item/s is not refundable! Return shipping costs are also not refundable. L'Atelier De Ellie will make a full refund, plus postage costs, only if the shop has made a manufacturing error or if you have not received the correct items. The refund should take place within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal request. The maximum postage cost for returned parcels is 10.50Euros for postage in France and 16.65Euros for International postage.
